Flexible health tracking
for real life

A symptom, medication, and whatever-else-you-need tracker designed for the complexities of chronic illness.

Your Routine, Your Rules

Sessions that fit your life

Set up morning, evening, or anytime sessions. Each one shows only the metrics that matter in that moment. Quick check-ins, not overwhelming data entry.

🌅

Custom sessions

Create separate sessions for different parts of your day: a morning check-in, a post-walk symptom log, an evening wind-down.

🔔

Scheduled reminders

Get gentle nudges that match your actual routine, not some generic schedule that doesn't fit your life.

✂️

No clutter, no overwhelm

Each session surfaces only what's relevant. Log symptoms, meds, mood, and measurements. Nothing extra, nothing missed.

Effortless Medication Tracking

One tap. Every med logged.

Tired of clicking "taken" for every single pill? Zolia lets you batch-log your entire medication protocol instantly. No menus, no scrolling, no friction.

💊

Accept All Defaults

One tap logs every med in a group at its default dose. Changed something today? Edit any value before confirming.

📋

Group by protocol

Organize meds into groups that match how you actually take them: morning stack, evening stack, as-needed.

Protocol meds & as-needed

Group your daily protocol for one-tap logging, and keep as-needed meds separate for when you actually take them.

Built for chronic illness

Track anything: food reactions, triggers, weather, niche symptoms. Designed for the edge cases other apps can't handle.

Built by people who get it

We're a small team with personal and caregiver experience navigating chronic illness. We tried every tracking app out there and they were either too simple, too rigid, or too exhausting to keep up with.

Zolia is the first symptom tracker that actually felt sustainable to use every day. We built it because we needed it, and we think you might too.

A few quick answers

A short overview for anyone deciding if Zolia fits their health tracking needs.

What is Zolia?

Zolia is a flexible health tracking app designed for the complexities of chronic illness. You define what you want to track, set up sessions that match your routine, and log everything in seconds. Then Zolia's analytics engine finds patterns and correlations in your data.

How is Zolia different from other health trackers?

Most health apps let you pick which symptoms or meds to track, but force you into a rigid logging flow that means a lot of scrolling.

Zolia gives you full control. Define your own metrics, customize rating scales with any emojis, and build sessions around your actual routine. The UI is intentionally dense so you can log more with less scrolling, and the insights go deeper than what other trackers offer.

Is my health data private?

Absolutely. Your health data is stored on your device and we never see it. You can optionally back up to your personal Google Drive account, but that's entirely your choice.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can generate detailed health reports, export your full database, or share charts and summaries directly with your doctor. Your data is always yours.

Is Zolia available on iOS?

Yes! Zolia is available on both iOS and Android.

Who is Zolia for?

Anyone managing a chronic or complex health condition who needs more than a basic symptom diary. Zolia is especially popular with people navigating chronic fatigue syndrome (ME/CFS), fibromyalgia, MCAS, POTS, long COVID, autoimmune conditions, IBS, chronic migraine, Lyme disease, EDS, endometriosis, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other conditions where tracking patterns across many variables is key to finding what helps.

It's also a great fit for people trying to figure out their sleep (track what you do during the day, see what actually moves the needle at night) and for biohackers and health optimizers who are experimenting with supplements, routines, and protocols and want real data on what's working.

Does Zolia support period tracking?

Yes! As an all-female development team, it was important to us that Zolia supported this from day one. Zolia isn't a period-tracking-first app like Clue or Flo. It won't predict your next period or send you cycle reminders.

But you can track your cycle alongside everything else, see what day you're on via info widgets, and most importantly, Zolia will surface how your symptoms vary with your menstrual cycle. It treats your cycle as one of many factors influencing how you feel, which is exactly what you need when you're trying to untangle complex health patterns.

How does Zolia compare to other health trackers?

If you've tried apps like Bearable, Daylio, Flaredown, Visible, or CareClinic, you'll find Zolia takes a different approach. Instead of a fixed logging flow, you build fully customizable sessions around your actual routine, so you control exactly what you see and when.

The intentionally dense UI means you can log the same amount of data in fewer taps, and the analytics engine goes deeper than basic charts, automatically surfacing correlations across everything you track. Whether you want a quick daily mood check-in or detailed chronic illness tracking with medications, custom scales, and dozens of metrics, Zolia handles both. Switching from Bearable? Zolia can import your data so you don't lose your history.

Does Zolia sync with wearables like Apple Watch, Fitbit, or Oura?

Not yet, but adding this is a high priority for us.
